Colour: Pale straw yellow with brilliant amber reflex.

Aroma: Intense and complex with hints of sage, green pepper, sambuco flower, lychee and exotic fruit.

Taste: Dry, full and elegant with a good aromatic persistency.

Behind the label: The name Grenuil comes from a novel character. Grenuil, the protagonist, had a dream; His dream was to be able to create a fragrance that could control people heart through the perfect essence. Grenuil knew thousands of fragrances and perfumes that he used to gather inside his mind and that allowed him to create, at his own pleasure, new and unique olfactory arrangements.

Producer: Torre Fornello is a young and dynamic winery from Emilia Romagna with ancient roots and a very long history.In 1998, Enrico Sgorbati started the renovation of the 15th century medieval “borgo” and built a modern cellar equipped with contemporary technology for high quality wines production.The ageing and refining of the wines though still take in the beautiful XVII century cellar.Only grapes harvested from his very own vineyards are vinified in Torre Fornello, the same vineyards which were already cultivated in 1600 to produce grapes.
