Made completely with Chardonnay the Sospiri has a brilliant golden yellow with a very thin, fine and persistent perlage.

Intense and complex nose with flavour of white and yellow flower, ripe fruit, hints of caramel, honey, vanilla, coconut and cinnamon with slight boisée and smoky notes.

The taste is e legant, smooth, rich and complex. Very persistent.
