Made with 90% of Glera, 5% of Bianchetta and 5% of Perera, the Extra Dry takes 90 days in a pressurized vat and at least a refining of 3 months in bottle before being ready to be drunk.

Intense, straw-yellow color with very fine beading, this Cru of Valdobbiadene is velvety with aromas reminiscent of apples, white-fleshed fruits, and flowers.

The taste is balanced and perky on the palate, with a pleasing, lasting aroma.

Don't be fool by the denomination, Extra dry actually means is a bit sweeter than the Brut so, drink accordingly to your taste, and responsibly of course.
