The Allouchery family have been vignerons indépendants for four generations practicing ethical and sustainable viticulture to support biodiversity and enhance soil health, whilst minimizing the use of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and chemical fertilizers.

Nowadays, Emilien Allouchery is in charge of the winemaking.

After his studies in Champagne and Burgundy, he worked for wineries in New Zealand and South Africa before moving back to his family estate in 2006.

Allouchery-Perseval Champagne is elaborated according to a specific Champagne technique that combines tradition and modernity, refinement, and elegance.

The Brut Rose is 100% Pinot Noir and grapes are from selected vineyard sloping parcels on a soil composed of clay, chalk, and sand.

The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in a thermo-regulated tank while the Pinot Noir’s maceration lasts 10 days in small stainless steel tanks.

After the assembling and the bottling, the wines are kept in their cellars for a minimum of three years.
