Our quality wine selection is made in limited production from those wine makers who live the seasons by the clock, working hard with passion, in good and bad faith like being married to that land which feeds their minds and souls.

Behind every single bottle there's a story, their story, made of great sacrifice, hope and expectations as they are willing to give you something to enjoy in every sip, something that will give you emotions and memories for the years to come.

Respect for our planet is a must that’s why our quality wines selection doesn’t come from big corporations and is made mainly with organic, natural, biodynamic or sustainable wine.

From our collaboration with A. Romani Ltd. we bring you white and black fresh truffles as well as truffle products such as truffle oil, truffle cream, truffle carpaccio and truffle honey. Alfredo personally outsources in Italy from selected "cavatori", literally "diggers", the name given to those digging truffles from the ground after their trained dogs find them.

Delivered once a week from Umbria, Tuscany and Piedmont, Alfredo's white and black truffles are the freshest and most renowned supplied amongst the top Michelin starred and fine dining restaurants in Greater London.
