Bramito is the estate's 100% Chardonnay wine, with its inaugural vintage dating back to 1994. The grapes used for this wine come from younger Chardonnay vines on the estate, which grow in soils rich in fossil deposits and contain veins of clay. These unique soil characteristics contribute to the wine's minerality and elegance. During the winemaking process, a portion of the juice is fermented in barrels, and malolactic fermentation is employed to create a luscious creamy texture and flavor in the wine.
