Grape: Nebbiolo 100%.

Yearly production: 5000 bottles.
Colour: Brilliant ruby red tending to garnet.
Aroma: Very fine and complex earthy bouquet with a hint of red berries, violet, rose, mushroom, leather, licorice, and tobacco.
Taste: Full body, elegant and perfectly balanced with very good acidity and well-integrated tannings. Very long persistence.
Behind the label: Curra' is one of the smallest Cru in the Neive’s commune.
Cantina del Glicine is one of the two producers making Barbaresco from those vines.
Producer: Glicine, Marcorino, Curra, are names that are reminiscent of this small winery that took roots in 1980, named “del Glicine” as a tribute to a century-old wisteria located in the garden. They began producing for enjoyment in small quantities with both successes and disappointment. Slowly the past time grew into business facilitated by the existing unique 17th century cellar, which is a great example of Piedmontese Baroque kept in perfect condition. The silence, the darkness, the moistness, and the coolness are ideal for the storage and aging wines.
