Jiasik Bianco - Borgo San Daniele - ITALY
Grape: Malvasia, Riesling and Pinot Bianco.
Yearly production: 12800 bottles.
Colour: Pale yellow.
Aroma: Delicate fresh fruit and floral aroma, a hint of ginger, and mineral note to finish.
Taste: Intense, fruity, and soft with balanced acidity and a good finish.
Behind the label: In the ancient local language, Jiasik means Giassico, a small village located on the outskirts of Cormons, where the air still smells of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. A river crosses this small village, the Judrio, which has always divided Italy and Austria in ancient times. Giassico was the first land of division, and now it is a land of a union.
