Behind the label: Armire' in Piedmont dialect means "weapon maker", which was Marengo's family's job in the 19th century.
Producer: Marengo's family origin lies in Piedmont from the father's side, which comes from La Morra's commune, producing Barolo for more than a century. Besides the Piedmont wines, the Marengo's family-owned several vineyards in Tuscany from where they used to make quality and outstanding Chianti and Supertuscan.
