Our white truffle olive oil is made infusing the most refined white truffle and extra virgin olive oil from Abruzzo - Italy.

As for the Black truffle one, the use in cooking has an infinite purpose. We strongly suggest using it as a final touch in dishes like egg pasta, fillet of beef or rich salads. 

Ingredients:
Extra virgin olive oil, dehydrated white truffle Tuber Magnatum Pico 0.1% (equal to 0.5% of fresh truffle aroma), aroma.
