Behind the label: “Pratobianco” is the ancient name of the plot of land where the three grape varieties that make up this wine are grown.
Producer: Torre Fornello is a young and dynamic winery from Emilia Romagna with ancient roots and a very long history. In 1998, Enrico Sgorbati started the renovation of the 15th-century medieval “borgo” and built a modern cellar equipped with contemporary technology for high-quality wines production. The aging and refining of the wines though still take in the beautiful XVII century cellar. Only grapes harvested from his very own vineyards are vinified in Torre Fornello, the same vineyards which were already cultivated in 1600 to produce grapes.
