A white with an orange soul: To not mislead our customer choice, we prefer to list this white wine in the orange wine section. Because of its richness in aromas and texture, "Una" resembles more an orange wine than a classic white wine.

Grape: Malvasia di Candia Aromatica 100%.
ABV: 13%.
Yearly production: 900 bottles.

Farming: Organic.

Colour: Intense and brilliant golden yellow.

Aroma: Extremely complex with hints of peach, apricot, mango, yellow flowers, honey, and smokey notes.

Taste: Dry, full-body with good acidity that supports a very long persistence.

Behind the label: UNA stands for ONE, one vineyard, one variety, one harvest, one hand, one bottle enclosing one thought. This unique wine results from a careful selection of Malvasia of Candia aromatic grapes, cultivated in a small organic worked plot of less than a hectare and formed by four smaller cadastral parcels (141,143,142, 144). Special microclimatic conditions make this product something unique and unrepeatable.
